RegClean
This is the original RegClean from Microsoft which is still the standard by which all other registry cleaners are compared. It works for Microsoft Windows versions 95, 98, 98se, and NT. Microsoft has since stopped distributing it, but you can still get a free copy here.

RegSeeker
Includes a registry cleaner that is capable of displaying your computer's startup entries, several histories stored in the registry, index.dat files, and even installed applications. You can search for any entry inside your registry, and then edit, delete, or export the results. Also includes a "tweaks panel" so you can optimize your Windows installation.

EasyCleaner
A small program which searches Windows' registry for entries that do not point anywhere. You can delete all kinds of unnecessary files like temporary files, backups, and more. You can even search for duplicate files and view some very interesting info about your disk space usage. Also provides features to manage startup programs, invalid shortcuts and the add/remove software list.
